Recent writing ventures
Recent sales have included my poem "Battle Dress" to Descant for the Fall issue, and my story "Heat" for the E is for Exotic anthology by Cleis Press. Second is under my pseudonym though.
I also made it through the first reading for Clean Sheets and then got dumped. I get a lot of good or well written but no thanks. Clarkesworld gave a good criticism though, telling me exactly where a story fell down for them so now I know where it needs fixing.
Finished my space adventure story for the Baen contest, in the nick of time. And still haven't gone back to do a clean up on my reverse vampire story called Bite Me. Should do that and clean it up.
But now all is kinda on hold as I worry about my terribly sick kitty. :(
